Who is left out

Pools and the bonding curve, the fee wallet, and the launch wallets (dev, bundle, sniper). Wallets averaging under 100,000 $PKDX.

Claiming

Connect, sign a message (free, no transaction), then claim. You get USDC from the public fee wallet. Under $1 carries over to the next period.

Deadline

30 days. Unclaimed amounts go back to the card fund.
